Short Bio About John
I started in the appraisal industry in 2003 in an administrative role growing Priority Appraisal to one of the top 5 and most successful
appraisal firms in Phoenix. I was Licensed as a Residential Appraiser in Arizona in 2007 and became a Certified Residential Appraiser in
Arizona in 2009. Our goals remained the same as when our company opened in 2003; to provide the
highest quality reports, in a timely manner with customer service in mind. I am also a Registered Property Tax Agent in the State of Arizona.
My knowledge and expertise have afforded me the opportunity to work as an appraisal licensing and continuing education instructor
with over 400 hours of instruction for three state approved course providers. Teaching is amazingly rewarding and provides an outlet
for sharing and learning with my peers in our profession.
Additionally, my business and leadership experience has afforded me the opportunities to serve in the community as the
President of the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers (CoAA), President with the National Association of Appraisers (NAA),
a past member of the Desert View Village Planning Committee, member of the Arizona Boar dof Manufactured Housing, the Past-President of our HOA at Wildcat Ridge and as Past-President
of one of Arizona's finest non-profit organizations in Arizona Helping Hands.
